Full update with the late-week snow map and our chances for snow near Christmas:

- Snow will be winding down soon in Suffolk, so be careful out there as it looks like temperatures are at or slightly below freezing.

- Rain and some wind for Long Island later on Thursday and into Friday afternoon, but snow for the higher elevations of NY state and New England (see 2nd image).

- With progressively colder air coming, there is a decent chance for snow around Christmas, even for Long Island (see 4th image), but we will see as it gets closer.
