- Heavy rain out there this morning for Long Island. The 2nd and 3rd images are for 6 AM and 1 PM. - The weather will improve a bit each day, but it will become seasonable chilly with some cold nights. - Quiet weather for New Year's and early January before we watch for any storm chances between January 6th and 12th.
