Here are the snow maps as the secondary storm is too close to the coast on the Euro ensembles:

The 1st image shows the secondary storm at 1 PM Saturday, as it has taken over from the primary storm, but since it's closer to the coast, the snow from it is WELL inland. The snow maps in the 2nd and 3rd images are from the Model Blend and Euro ensemble mean. The initial snow Thursday night into Friday is roughly east-west, and the snow from the secondary storm on Saturday is roughly vertical (kind of oriented SSW to NNE) as you can see in the 50 ensemble member snow maps in the last two images.
