- Summer officially begins at 4:51 PM EDT today.
- Another very hot day areas away from the coast with thunderstorms later mostly for central/northern areas of the northeast.
- The cold front makes more southward progress tomorrow, but the thunderstorms from it will mostly be in central and then southern areas of the northeast and may not make it southward to Long Island until, and they would be much weaker. ***Note: Highs for today and tomorrow and future radar images for 5 PM today and 5 PM tomorrow are shown in the 6th to 9th images, so please check out all images below.***
- Humidity continues this weekend ahead of the cold front some some late afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms possible. The front comes through Monday morning into early afternoon with more showers and thunderstorms.
- Tuesday is less humid and then humidity increases again for Wednesday and Thursday ahead of another cold front, which should bring some showers and thunderstorms around next Thursday afternoon, and then, as of now, next Friday and next Saturday look amazing with cooler temperatures and low humidity!
