- A cold start this morning in the northeast, but a big warming trend this week with a very warm Halloween .

- The chances for rain come tomorrow into tomorrow night as the warm front lifts through, Friday from the cold front, and then maybe next Tuesday from a storm system moving through to the north.

- A nice weekend coming behind the cold front.

- The National Hurricane Center is still at a 40% chance of tropical development within the next 7 days, but that will probably increase to 50% today. The GFS ensembles are still more bullish than the Euro ensembles, but each of them have some members showing a hurricane getting into the eastern Gulf.
