So if I’m starting to actually understand and read this correctly… if the low north of us on Tuesday is stronger than the high to the south, the low will push this system away and the colder air will push the moisture off shore? (Less snow) and if the low is less strong but enough cold air stays in place we get a bigger snowstorm?
