***Near-surface wildfire smoke from Nova Scotia to reach Long Island tomorrow morning?***

With an onshore flow and a big wildfire at the southern tip of Nova Scotia (1st image), there is the potential for near-surface smoke to reach Long Island tomorrow morning. The 2nd image is for 8 AM tomorrow, and it shows the projected smoke density within 26 feet of ground level! The 3rd image shows the smoke density throughout the column of atmosphere at 1 PM tomorrow, and you can see the source point in purple at the southern tip of Nova Scotia.
