New HREF ensemble mean map!!

The new HREF ensemble mean map is out with is showing over 5 inches of rain for me in Nassau! I also saw the new Model Blend, and it's similar. The Weather Prediction Center will modify their map later as well, and Flood Watches will be issued later this afternoon.
