New tracks from various models are farther west than the NHC track (thick blue line).

Farther west would mean more time to strengthen before a Florida landfall, but if it doesn't emerge as much in the Atlantic, it wouldn't really be able to become a hurricane.

Also, I will post a video of the new Euro ensembles in a little while to show you how many of them have a stall and uncertain track.
