LONG ISLAND FORECAST:
Today: Partly to mostly cloudy at times with a 30% chance of an afternoon shower with highs in the mid to upper 50's. Wind out of the WSW/SW at 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of a shower with lows in the low to mid 40's in Nassau and low 40's in Suffolk. Wind generally light and variable at 5 mph or less.
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of some widely scattered afternoon showers with highs in the mid to upper 50's. Wind out of the NE at around 10 mph.
Tomorrow night: Slight chance of an evening shower, otherwise mostly cloudy with lows in the low to mid 40's. Wind generally light and variable at 5 mph or less.
Friday: Mostly cloudy with a 20% chance of an afternoon shower highs in the upper 50's, but cooler for the south shore and east end. Wind out of the NNE/NE at 5 to 10 mph.
