Peak heat...

It looks like peak heat may be next Tuesday with the Euro ensemble mean already up to 99 degrees in Philly, 97 degrees in New York City (see below), and 93 degrees on Long Island, and that doesn't even factor in the high humidity, especially on Long Island! It's going to be brutal!
