- Showers will be ending in Suffolk over the next couple of hours from west to east. Cooler and less humid today with the sun coming out later.
- There will still be some scattered showers spinning around northern NY and central to northern New England later and into tomorrow from the upper level low. Only a very slight chance that a passing shower makes it to Long Island around late afternoon tomorrow.
- Much cooler the next few days with some chilly nights and then warming up for the weekend into next week and becoming more humid Sunday and next week.
- It generally looks dry well into next week, but it's not set in stone yet. It's a long way out, but the Euro is showing a potential cold front coming through next Friday for Labor Day weekend with it being not quite as warm. Only time will tell.
- Still just a weak signal for a tropical storm or hurricane to form by the end of Labor Day weekend.
