New snow map now goes through 7 PM Tuesday, and this is what the US National Weather Service New York NY is saying... "In general, expect a 1-3 or 2-4 inch snowfall with this event, unless the low spins up and a stronger system develops yielding higher amounts, or the steady precipitation remains offshore yielding little to no accumulations."
