Looks pretty windy Sunday afternoon on Long Island, especially later in the day and for the southern half of the island, with the wind from the SSW ahead of the thunderstorms in the evening from the pre-frontal trough as they weaken somewhat later in the evening when they arrive, depending on the exact timing.
