Update on the offshore storm with increased rainfall for eastern MA:

- Montauk could get skimmed with some showers from the outer fringe of the storm tonight into tomorrow morning, but rain is likely in eastern MA with a tough call on amounts with a tight gradient, but overall the rainfall chances and amounts have increased there. I have posted some rainfall maps below, and I will probably post a future radar video later this morning.

- Besides Montauk, Long Island has a slight chance of a passing shower tomorrow late afternoon, but besides that, no rain until possibly Monday as Sunday has trended drier.

- Still nothing to be overly concerned about right now in the tropics. That system that will be headed into the Bay of Campeche this weekend will have a slight chance of tropical development. While there is a chance for a hurricane later this month in the Atlantic, nothing is imminent or overly impressive on the Euro ensembles (see last image).
