***Latest radar, rainfall maps, and info/maps on the tropics (Philippe and Rina) as we look forward to sunny and warm weather starting Sunday!***
- You can see the latest radar below as there will be periods of rain of varying intensity as moisture streams up from the south. I have included all of the important rainfall maps below. Periods of moderate to heavy rain into tonight and then showers ending on Long Island tomorrow afternoon from west to east. The highest totals still look to be from around northeastern NJ into NYC and Nassau and decreasing as you head east with much lower totals for eastern Suffolk.
- You all know about the sunny and warmer weather for Sunday into at least next Thursday with Tuesday probably being the warmest day.
- Phillipe and Rina remain pretty close to each other, and while it's still very complex, it appears that Philippe may eventually become a hurricane as it curves north and stays well east of Bermuda as Rina may curve north first to pave the way for Philippe to strengthen. I have included the NHC maps below and the Euro ensembles map.
