Update on the tropics:

New Euro ensembles more impressive now with silent-runner Invest 94L and show a chance for tropical development as it nears the Virgin Island/Puerto Rico area late next week into next weekend. I'll be watching it and posting updates. As for the potential in the western Caribbean, the GFS ensembles aren't quite as bullish on it as they were yesterday, and the Euro ensembles remain unenthused.
