Watching Friday into Saturday morning like a hawk!!

Storm will be offshore and strengthening with cold air in place and a possible inverted trough enhancing snow into the coast. These are very difficult to forecast in advance, so stay tuned. Also, if the storm trends farther northwest, then you can get into bigger snow totals that would linger into Saturday for the coast. Areas at the greatest threat for accumulating snow are from Long Island up into eastern MA. Check out the maps below though. Also, frigid behind the storm Sat night!!
