- Welcome to December, and please remember that you don't have to like the forecast to Like the post. It helps me to see how many people see/read the post - For Long Island, you can see the forecast below, but generally showers mostly this evening and then again late tomorrow night into Sunday night, followed by cold weather. - The Euro still has a snowstorm for northern NY and northern New England for Sunday into Monday afternoon (see maps below with the 5th image being the Euro snow map and the 6th image being the Model Blend snow map). - The weak clipper diving down on Tuesday night into Wednesday should be south of Long Island and not really become an impressive storm until it's well offshore. - The next clipper is for next Friday and could bring some light to moderate snow for central to northern NY/New England, and then a bit milder again for next weekend.
