***Wild rain/wind storms ahead with snow to rain farther north and then colder air arrives and watching the Jan 16th/17th storm for northeast snow potential***

- There is so much going on as you know about this major rain/wind storm for later tomorrow into Wednesday morning. Snow changing to rain farther north. I have included the snow, wind, and precipitation maps below. Wind gusts generally up to 60 mph for Long Island and southeastern New England and at higher elevations.

- Another very strong storm for Friday evening into Saturday morning with a similar set-up, but the rain and wind won't be quite as intense as the first storm.

- Then colder air arrives and the January 16th/17th storm looks interesting, but let's see how it evolves. I will be updating on it every day.

- Plenty of posts to come all day and through the evening!
