... air for the end of the month:
- The rain and wind are whipping here, and I'll be driving on the Expressway soon. Be careful out there everyone! The rain will be ending around mid-afternoon on Long Island as the winds quickly shift to a west wind with gusts up to 40 mph, the sun comes out, and the temperature quickly drops from 60 degrees into the upper 40's by sunset. - The coldest night will be tomorrow night and then another shot of cold air comes in for Friday, but then it gets milder each day through Christmas. - The next bigger systems looks to be around Dec 27th into early on the 28th with colder air to follow. It's uncertain then if there will be a follow-up storm for around New Year's Eve. - The 1st image is the current radar at 4:24 AM, and the 2nd and 3rd images are the future radar for 8 AM and 3 PM.
