* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8

  inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New

  York.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

*ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall amounts will depend on how quickly rain transitions over to snow. At this time, this looks to be around daybreak Tuesday.
